Privacy Policy

We treat customer names and email address with respect. They are your names, not ours. We do not sell names, addresses or emails to others. We email you on very rare occasions and then only if we have a new product or benefit so unique it warrants attention. Your privacy and your time mean something to us.


Returns, Cancellations, Refunds & Product Warranties

We allow returns of unopened, undamaged products if you let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order. A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is needed from us and obtained by calling us at 401-487-3818. (The RMA number helps us process your refund quickly.) Refunds are given in full, less the cost of shipping.

Of course if a product arrives damaged or is not the product you ordered and we confirmed, upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the refund will also include the shipping costs you paid. (We’ll issue a UPS pick up tag to help get a faulty product back to us.)

Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Not a problem. If your order has shipped, it falls under our “returns” policy above.

Products fall under the warranty of their individual manufacturer. That said, My Green Mind doesn’t disappear after a sale. We’ll assist with any warranty issues on a product we sold and will gladly contact the manufacturer on your behalf. (In one very rare case, we have pages and pages of emails from My Green Mind to a manufacturer on behalf of our customer. It took a lot of work, but in the end we made sure the manufacturer got it right and we have a really happy customer.)

Bottom line: when it comes to product related issues: we will try to treat you as we want to be treated. Doing business any other way is simply no way to live.


Vendor Relations

We are picky about the manufacturers we work with. The ones we choose are as service oriented as we are. They, like we, move fast if replacement parts or technical expertise is needed



My Green Mind is price competitive, however, if you search long enough, you might find it cheaper. If ease of dealing with a company and candor about products is important, you’ll prefer dealing with us. We’re also here to help long after the sale.

We have never had a customer complaint made to the Better Business Bureau.
