My Green Mind concentrates on the kind of planet we want for ourselves and our families.

Mission. We work towards a more conscious understanding of our environment and what each of us can do to protect it.

Our service personality: Every product has strong and weak points. Our staff is trained to candidly present both.

Service from an internet company can be better than local store service. It is with us. There are no checkout lines and, for example, the record of your previous purchases is available in seconds. Need a tracking number? Need more product information? Answers are an email or a call away. Try getting a copy of your three year old sales receipt from your local Mega Store.

Vendor relations: We are picky about the manufacturers we work with. The ones we choose are as service oriented as we are. They, like we, move fast if replacement parts or technical expertise is needed.

Customer relations: We have never had a customer complaint made to the Better Business Bureau.
